OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE SHIPPING
To ensure fast delivery, we maintain local overseas warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. The 3-5 working day delivery timeframe applies to in-stock items shipped from these local warehouses. For custom-made products or items not stocked in local warehouses, orders are fulfilled from our central production facility and shipped internationally, which will take longer.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. You can view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold — the minimum order value for free shipping varies by region and will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options may be available for select destinations at an additional cost.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the prearranged delivery service.
Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a re-delivery fee may be charged.
You will be notified by phone on the morning of the delivery to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage before signing. If you notice damage, you have the right to refuse delivery at no charge. Please contact our customer care team immediately to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders shipped from our central facility, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged once the package reaches your country. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 14 working days to receive your goods, although it will generally be sooner. For some international regions, please allow up to 25 business days for delivery.
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance procedures, extreme weather conditions, public holidays in the destination country, carrier operational disruptions, and global logistics challenges.
