CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS
The following customization options are included in the base price of all custom jerseys:
— Player Name: Custom name printed on the back of the jersey (up to 12 characters)
— Jersey Number: Custom number on the front and back (0-99, single or double digit)
— Size Selection: Choose from standard sizing (XS through 5XL)
— Color Selection: Choose from available team/color options listed on the product page
The following premium options are available at an additional cost:
— Custom Team Logo: Upload your own team logo or design (additional fee applies)
— Custom Sleeve Patches: Add patches to sleeves (additional fee per patch)
— Full Design Customization: Completely custom jersey design (contact us for a quote)
— Bulk / Team Orders: Order 10+ jerseys with unified design (volume discount available)
WHAT CANNOT BE CUSTOMIZED
For legal and quality reasons, we reserve the right to reject customization requests that include trademarked logos, names, or branding without proper authorization; offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language/imagery; copyrighted material (movie characters, celebrity likenesses, etc.); or political or religious statements that may be considered offensive. If we determine that a customization request violates our guidelines, we will contact you to request a revision or offer a full refund.
HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER
1. Select Your Product: Browse our collection and choose the jersey style you would like to customize. Click on the product to view details and customization options.
2. Choose Your Customization: On the product page, use the customization fields to enter your desired details — select your size and color, enter the player name (as you want it to appear on the jersey), enter the jersey number, and for premium options, upload your logo/image (if applicable).
3. Review & Add to Cart: Double-check all customization details before adding to cart. Please ensure spelling, numbering, and sizing are correct as changes cannot be made once production begins.
4. Checkout & Payment: Proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and customization details.
5. Design Confirmation (Premium Orders Only): For orders with custom logos or full design customization, our design team will send a digital proof via email within 24-48 business hours for your approval. Production will not begin until you confirm the design.
6. Production & Shipping: Once confirmed, your custom jersey goes into production. After production is complete, your order will be shipped with tracking information provided via email.

To ensure your custom order is processed smoothly, please be prepared to provide the following information:
— Size: Jersey size (XS – 5XL). Refer to our size chart for accurate measurements. (Required)
— Color / Style: Selected from available options on the product page. (Required)
— Player Name: Name to be printed on the back (max 12 characters, including spaces). (Required)
— Jersey Number: Number (0-99) to be printed on front and back. (Required)
— Custom Logo / Design: High-resolution image file (PNG, JPG, or AI/EPS vector format preferred). Minimum 300 DPI recommended. (Optional)
— Font Style: Preferred font for name and number (selected from available options). (Optional)
— Special Instructions: Any additional notes or specific requests for your order. (Optional)
File Upload Tips: For best results, upload high-resolution images. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) produce the highest quality prints. If you only have a low-resolution image, our design team may be able to recreate it — please contact us before ordering.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
Custom orders require additional production time compared to ready-made items. Below is an overview of typical timelines:
— Standard Custom (Name + Number): 3-5 business days production, 7-15 business days total (production + shipping)
— Premium Custom (With Logo/Patches): 5-8 business days production, 10-20 business days total
— Full Custom Design: 7-14 business days production, 14-25 business days total
— Bulk / Team Orders (10+ pieces): 10-20 business days production, 15-30 business days total
Shipping times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for region-specific delivery estimates.
Important: During peak seasons (e.g., before major sports events, holidays), production times may be extended by 2-5 business days. We recommend placing custom orders well in advance of any deadlines.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Within 24 hours of ordering: You may request changes or cancel your custom order free of charge, provided production has not yet begun.
After 24 hours / production has begun: Changes or cancellations are not possible as your custom item has already entered production.
After design approval (premium orders): Once you approve the digital proof, no further changes can be made.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are FINAL SALE. Because each custom jersey is made specifically for you, custom and personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE
We take pride in the quality of our custom products. If your custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error that was our fault (e.g., wrong name, wrong number, incorrect color due to our error), we will replace the item at no additional cost to you, cover all shipping costs for the replacement, and process the replacement within 3-5 business days of receiving the defective item.
To report a defect or error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soldierskin@163.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund: size issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering); name/number spelling errors made by the customer when placing the order; color variations due to monitor/screen display differences; normal wear and tear; damage caused by improper care, washing, or use; and change of mind after the order has been placed.

Planning a team order? We offer special pricing and services for bulk orders of 10 or more jerseys, including volume discounts on large orders, dedicated design support, consolidated shipping options, and priority production scheduling.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOM JERSEYS
To keep your custom jersey looking its best, follow these care instructions: Machine wash cold, inside out. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on printed areas. Do not dry clean. Proper care will help preserve the quality and vibrancy of your custom print for years to come.
